Refunds of Deposits & Tickets

Alfa Flights allows for a full refund of the deposit within 24 hours of making a reservation. The deposit amount per passenger stands at £75. If a passenger cancels the reservation after the 24-hour window or fails to settle the remaining balance before the payment due date, a £75 service charge will be applied per passenger.

The possibility of ticket refunds depends entirely on the specific policies of the airline. While Alfa Flights acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passengers, the terms and conditions of the airline should be verified by the relevant agent before the ticket is issued or booked.

Changes in the Flight After Issuance

Each airline implements its own distinct policies and charges in various scenarios. Penalties may be imposed by the airline in the event of a passenger being a no-show, unsuitability of the scheduled timings, alterations in the departure or destination airport, or flight re-routing. Specific charges are subject to the policies of the respective airlines, and passengers are advised to verify these charges with the relevant agent to avoid any misunderstandings.

Passport, Visa & Immigration

Alfa Flights exclusively sells airline tickets. It is the passenger's responsibility to possess all necessary travel documents, which may include a transit visa and other immigration requirements. If you are denied entry to any airport due to inadequate or ineligible travel documents, you bear sole responsibility for this. Prior to your journey, ensure that you have verified all requirements with your respective embassy to avoid any unforeseen delays or unfavorable circumstances.

Special Requests and Medical Issues

Please communicate any special requests, such as meal preferences, seat allocations, wheelchair assistance for individuals with disabilities, or the need for extra space, as early as possible. Charges for these requests may vary depending on the airline's policies. Ensure that these requests are made at the time of booking, as they are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. During peak times, airlines may have limited capacity to accommodate these requests.

Price Guarantee

Once booked, the price is always assured. However, any modifications in price implemented by the airline or changes in taxes do not hold Alfa Flights responsible for any claims. While the price is guaranteed, it may be subject to change if passengers do not adhere to the conditions established by the airline, including the payment due date.

Insurance

The company strongly recommends that passengers obtain insurance from a reputable insurance agency. We provide any necessary guidance in this regard.

Airline Failure

If the airline fails to operate, Alfa Flights is not liable to address any claims or accommodations. The tickets issued are ATOL protected and fall under the security of civil aviation. In the event of an airline's failure to operate, the Civil Aviation Authority is responsible for covering any losses incurred by the passenger.
